Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of corporate and community events from conception to completion.
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities with local businesses and organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align events with overall brand strategies.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, partnership development, or community relations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for local travel.
