Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive event concepts and creative strategies aligned with client objectives
- Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and timeline coordination
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, technicians, and support staff
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvement strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and innovative event technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or conceptualization
- Proven track record of managing diverse events (corporate, social, brand)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation abilities
- Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in event planning software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
