Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate between loading crews and technical teams for efficient event setup and teardown
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly prepared and deployed according to event requirements
- Monitor production timelines and communicate progress to event managers and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot technical issues during events and coordinate solutions with the technical team
- Maintain inventory of event equipment and ensure proper handling and storage
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials
- Document event production processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in event production, coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic knowledge of event production equipment and technical requirements
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for equipment transport)
