Electronic City Indonesia, a leading retail electronics company, is looking for a dynamic and creative Event Production Specialist to join our expanding marketing team in Jakarta. We are seeking professionals with a keen eye for aesthetics and technical expertise to bring our brand activations and promotional events to life.
As an Event Production Specialist, you will be the backbone of our on-ground presence. Whether your expertise lies in transforming venues through Properti & Dekorasi or creating immersive experiences through Audio & Visual (AV) technology, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact events that resonate with our target audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end event production requirements for brand activations and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to translate creative concepts into tangible stage designs, decor, or AV setups.
- Manage the procurement, assembly, and installation of event props, signage, and decorative elements.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audio-visual equipment including sound systems, lighting, and LED displays.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality standards and timely project delivery.
- Perform on-site supervision during event load-in, setup, operation, and strike/load-out phases.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Broadcasting, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Proven experience in event production, specifically focusing on property/decor installation or AV operation.
- Strong understanding of stage craft, lighting, sound engineering, and event logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and solve problems on-site.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, depending on the event schedule.
- Proficiency in using design software (for decor roles) or technical AV software (for AV roles) is a significant advantage.
