We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Event Production Support specialist to join our freelance team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events in one of the world's most vibrant event destinations.
As an Event Production Support team member, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every technical setup, logistical coordination, and safety protocol is executed to the highest standard. You will work closely with production managers and technical crew to guarantee seamless event execution from start to finish.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate on-site event logistics and assist with the seamless flow of MICE event schedules.
- Oversee the physical setup and breakdown of stages, audiovisual systems, and event infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical equipment to ensure optimal functionality during events.
- Liaise with vendors, technicians, and local crew to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety protocols during all project phases.
- Provide prompt support for last-minute adjustments and creative problem-solving on-site.
- Maintain organized inventory of event materials and technical gear.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in event production, stage management, or technical operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of MICE industry standards and event workflow.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of managing equipment setup and manual labor tasks.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail and safety-first attitude.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
