Tanggung Jawab
- Execute promotional campaigns by demonstrating products and engaging with customers at events
- Deliver compelling product presentations to highlight features and benefits
- Actively drive sales and achieve daily promotional targets
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Collect customer feedback and market insights during events
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth promotional activities
- Document and report daily promotional performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, promotions, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong presentation skills with a confident, approachable demeanor
- Basic understanding of retail and consumer products
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods during events
