In this role, you will be the face of our campaigns, working at the intersection of marketing, public relations, and event management.
You will be responsible for executing engaging promotional activities that capture the attention of Bali's diverse international and local audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and brand activations across Bali.
- Engage proactively with potential customers to build brand awareness and drive product interest.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative promotional materials and event concepts.
- Manage on-site logistics, equipment, and booth setups to ensure professional brand representation.
- Collect consumer feedback and market insights during events to support marketing strategy improvements.
- Maintain high energy and positive communication standards while interacting with the public.
- Coordinate with local vendors and event partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event management, brand promotion, or field marketing is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on current marketing trends.
