Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers at events to introduce and demonstrate client products.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display area or booth.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the operations team.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent on-site service.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of event equipment and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a significant advantage).
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by events.
- Previous experience in retail, promotions, or direct sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Target-oriented mindset with a hunger for growth and incentives.
- Willingness to travel to different event locations within Kuala Lumpur.
