We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Event Supervisor to join our team in Sidoarjo. As the primary point of contact for our event operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire event lifecycle—from initial planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every detail aligns with our quality standards and organizational objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of event operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead and motivate on-site event staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage relationships and communication with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure all activities remain within established cost parameters.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues during events to ensure minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Coordinate event logistics, including equipment setup, seating arrangements, and venue preparation.
- Prepare detailed post-event reports summarizing performance, feedback, and key learnings.
- Ensure all event activities comply with safety and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in event logistics, vendor management, and operational planning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by events.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field is a plus.
