Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, manage, and dismantle promotional event displays according to brand guidelines
- Execute merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales in retail outlets
- Engage customers with product demonstrations and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking during events
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event KPIs

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing/business preferred
- 1-2 years experience in retail, merchandising, or event support
