In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events that define our brand and resonate with our community.
You will work closely with the events leadership team to transform creative concepts into seamless, memorable experiences. Whether it is a brand activation, a lifestyle launch, or a community engagement program, you will oversee the operational excellence that ensures every detail is perfect. As an Assistant Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that our events not only hit their KPIs but also set new benchmarks for quality in the Jakarta market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts that align with ASRI’s brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue scouting, vendor procurement, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional departments (Marketing, Operations, Creative) to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, agencies, and community partners.
- Monitor and analyze post-event data to measure performance, community engagement, and return on investment.
- Assist in the development of event schedules, run-of-show documents, and production briefs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in event management, brand activation, or lifestyle marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally to external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in event production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a 'hands-on' approach to event execution.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the Jakarta lifestyle sector is highly preferred.
