Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute diverse events at Mall of Indonesia, including seasonal celebrations, promotional activities, and community engagement programs
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Supervise event staff and volunteers during event execution
- Develop innovative event concepts that align with mall branding and attract target audiences
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall policies during all events
- Build and maintain relationships with potential event partners and sponsors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning and supervision, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging event concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by events
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
