Tanggung Jawab
- Screen and interview candidates to identify top-tier Filipino Virtual Assistants
- Assess client requirements and match with suitable VA candidates
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new VAs with international clients
- Provide ongoing support and mediation between clients and VAs
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize candidate selection processes
- Collaborate with team to refine recruitment strategies and success criteria
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/customer service environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Adaptability to international client communication standards
