Tanggung Jawab

  • Screen and interview candidates to identify top-tier Filipino Virtual Assistants
  • Assess client requirements and match with suitable VA candidates
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new VAs with international clients
  • Provide ongoing support and mediation between clients and VAs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize candidate selection processes
  • Collaborate with team to refine recruitment strategies and success criteria

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in BPO/customer service environment
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices
