- Safely operate excavators for earthmoving, trenching, and material handling tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with site supervisors to meet project timelines and quality requirements
- Perform precise grading and excavation according to engineering specifications
- Maintain accurate equipment operation logs and maintenance records
- Train junior operators on safe equipment operation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Valid excavator operator certification (Sertifikasi Operator Alat Berat)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction machinery operation
- Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and site plans
- Strong understanding of soil types and excavation techniques
- Ability to work in remote Sulawesi construction sites
- Physical fitness to operate heavy machinery in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
