Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain complex Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards for management.
- Automate manual data entry processes using advanced Excel functions and VBA scripts.
- Manage and maintain database integrity to ensure accurate business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data bottlenecks and implement efficient solutions.
- Prepare regular analytical reports regarding operational performance and trends.
- Assist in the migration and integration of legacy data into modern ERP or BI systems.
- Troubleshoot technical data issues and provide real-time support to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or IT support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA/Macros).
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
