You will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice verification to payment processing and reconciliation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Process vendor payments in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare accounts payable reports for management review
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prior experience in retail or FMCG industry is a plus
