We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive - Account Payable to support our finance operations in Petaling Jaya. As part of our dynamic team, you will take charge of the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. This includes verifying and processing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to our valued vendors. You will play a key role in month-end close activities and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify invoice details, ensure proper coding, and authorize payments according to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries promptly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger and filing system.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare monthly payment runs and bank reconciliation documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with vendors.
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards is an advantage.
