We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Account Payable to join our finance team in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions, supporting the smooth operation of our growing business.
As an Account Payable Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's liabilities, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including data entry and approval workflows.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor and invoice filing systems.
- Prepare and issue payment vouchers and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MyOB, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
