We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive, Accounting & Financial Reporting to join the Finance team of a prestigious German MNC. This is a 12-month contract position located in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting. You will work closely with the finance leadership to prepare consolidated financial statements, manage reconciliations, and support month-end closing processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements in compliance with local and German accounting standards.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize financial ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Support the Finance Manager in external audit preparation and response to auditor inquiries.
- Conduct intercompany transaction analysis and reconciliation.
- Provide ad-hoc financial reports and data analysis to support management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within an MNC.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of German GAAP is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP, is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with international teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
