We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive, Accounts Payable to join our finance team at Ann Joo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Reconcile vendor statements with payable aging reports to ensure accurate financial records and identify discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests accurately and timely
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice queries, payment status, and scheduling to maintain strong supplier relationships
- Prepare and process payments through various methods including cheques, bank transfers, and electronic payments
- Maintain accounts payable files and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and improve accounts payable processes
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., MICPA, MAC, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
