As an Executive, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, supporting Centre and Programme Managers in critical areas such as personnel management, financial administration, and daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Centre and Programme Managers, ensuring all operational workflows are efficient.
- Manage personnel-related matters, including maintaining staff records, attendance tracking, and onboarding documentation.
- Oversee financial administrative duties such as processing invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with budget monitoring.
- Coordinate and execute community outreach programs to increase awareness of The Salvation Army’s services.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, volunteers, and donors to foster strong community relationships.
- Maintain accurate databases and prepare regular reports on center activities and outreach program performance.
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of center events and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements within the healthcare and medical social service framework.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or community-facing role, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
