Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the International Office
- Coordinate international correspondence, documentation, and visa processes
- Oversee office logistics, procurement, and facilities management
- Support international student recruitment and enrollment activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications
- Liaise with global partners, embassies, and academic institutions
- Organize cross-cultural events and international stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in international education
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; multilingual skills preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in multicultural environments and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
