As an Executive in the Registry department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining academic integrity and delivering exceptional student services. You will oversee student records, coordinate academic registrations, assist with examination scheduling, and ensure compliance with university regulations and statutory requirements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date student records, including registrations, academic progress, and graduations.
  • Assist in coordinating course registrations, subject adds/drops, and credit transfer processes.
  • Support the planning, preparation, and execution of university examinations and graduation ceremonies.
  • Liaise with external bodies and statutory authorities (such as MQA and MoHE) regarding compliance and reporting.
  • Address inquiries from students, faculty, and stakeholders regarding academic policies, regulations, and registry services.
  • Assist in preparing administrative reports, statistics, and documentation for audits and management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless administrative operations and high-quality student support.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in higher education administration or a registry department is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a high level of accuracy in data entry and records management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Student Information Systems (SIS).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
