Join the East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECER DC) as an Executive in Agribusiness (Livestock) and drive transformative change in Malaysia's agricultural landscape. This pivotal role involves executing and coordinating social and livestock development initiatives aimed at enhancing community livelihoods and economic resilience. You'll serve as the primary liaison between diverse stakeholdersâincluding government agencies, industry partners, and rural communitiesâto ensure seamless project implementation. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive research, preparing detailed reports, and formulating data-driven strategies for poverty alleviation and income generation programs. - Execute and monitor social and livestock development projects from conception to completion
- Liaise with government agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders to align project objectives
- Conduct comprehensive research on poverty alleviation and income generation initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and strategic documents for executive decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop frameworks for measuring project impact and community engagement success
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions on sustainable livestock practices
- Identify and mitigate risks related to agricultural project implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in agribusiness/livestock sector
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and community development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex agricultural data
- Experience preparing policy briefs and strategic reports for government initiatives
- Knowledge of Malaysia's livestock industry and rural development programs
- Proficiency in quantitative research methodologies and impact assessment tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
