As an Executive and HR Assistant, you will act as a strategic bridge between leadership and the workforce. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and preparing essential business documents, all while contributing significantly to the employee lifecycle through recruitment coordination and records management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist the HR department with end-to-end recruitment tasks, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and visa requirements.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HRIS databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Draft, format, and proofread high-quality professional correspondence, executive reports, and presentation materials.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all staff.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and corporate events.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or HR administrative support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a BPO, offshore services, or multinational corporate environment is highly preferred.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
