Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism.
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive review.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, board meetings, and off-site conferences.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Implement and maintain efficient digital and physical filing systems to optimize information retrieval.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to department heads to ensure organizational goals are met.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with various levels of management.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Mandaluyong City.
