Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives
  • Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items from meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required by business needs
