Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the Chairman and Operations Head’s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, prioritizing as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, board meetings, and internal initiatives.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper record‑keeping of confidential documents.
  • Support operational compliance by monitoring deadlines, tracking action items, and following up on pending tasks.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and other administrative functions as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
