Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman and Operations Head, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Manage executive communications, including screening emails, drafting correspondence, and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain critical business documents, reports, and presentations for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate and facilitate daily operational workflows to improve efficiency within the executive office.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and various departments to ensure project timelines are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks, and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for operational detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
