Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and attention to detail
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including handling sensitive and confidential information
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist in special projects as needed, contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all communications and activities
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the executive office
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
