Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the President's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Oversee property coordination activities, ensuring all logistical needs are met efficiently.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with strict discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in general office administration tasks to support the smooth running of the executive office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with a professional demeanor and a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate operations is a plus.
