- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and detailed travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executives, screening calls, managing correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professional quality.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items to completion.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Streamline office operations and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
- Assist with planning and executing company events, team offsites, and special projects.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and demonstrable ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
