  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for senior executives.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event preparation, including logistics, agenda setting, and attendee communication.
  • Handle documentation, record-keeping, and tracking of accountabilities to ensure business continuity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests to ensure timely responses.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in calendar management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
