Tanggung Jawab

  • Efficiently manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for the leadership team.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and other corporate documents with precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately to ensure timely responses.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of critical documents.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and corporate initiatives as required by the executives.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
