Evergreen Technology & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. Located in the vibrant Singapore River area, this full-time position is integral to the smooth running of our daily operations. You will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative, operations, HR, logistics, and compliance tasks, ensuring that business processes remain efficient and seamless. In this role, you will act as the right hand to senior management, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence. You will also play a key role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and compliance regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare detailed agendas.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread internal communications, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with HR administrative duties, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
- Oversee office logistics, vendor management, and supply ordering to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and logistics coordination is a strong advantage.
