Liberty Commercial Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking minutes and distributing action items.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Research and compile data for presentations and special projects as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
