Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, ensuring only relevant information reaches the executive.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
