Tanggung Jawab
- Draft and edit professional emails, memos, and official communications on behalf of the executive.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for executive review.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage office administrative workflows to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
- Handle confidential documentation with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
