Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Screen and route incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring urgent matters are escalated immediately.
  • Plan and organize corporate events, team building activities, and off-site meetings, handling logistics from concept to execution.
  • Assist with general office operations, including document filing, supply management, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive team professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
