Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations with precision and confidentiality
- Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to critical information
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the company professionally
- Assist in special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of business etiquette and professional standards in a corporate environment
