Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
  • Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and information with discretion
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documentation for executive review
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Oversee office operations, including supply management and vendor relationships
  • Assist in project coordination and tracking of key initiatives
  • Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage expense reports and budget coordination for departmental activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
