Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritizing inquiries and scheduling high-stakes internal and external meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and effective information flow.
- Coordinate intricate travel logistics, itineraries, and associated travel documentation for business and personal trips.
- Prepare, proofread, and format professional correspondence, board reports, and presentation materials.
- Oversee office operations and administrative workflows to ensure maximum organizational efficiency.
- Handle confidential documentation with strict adherence to privacy and data protection standards.
- Manage ad-hoc personal administrative requests to ensure the executive can focus on core business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate high-level corporate events, team off-sites, and executive briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior-level management.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
- High level of professional maturity, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
