As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, managing complex schedules, and facilitating seamless communication between the executive team and internal departments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, booking venues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Screen and filter incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring only relevant information reaches senior executives.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, off-sites, and internal meetings, managing all logistical details and attendee requirements.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of executive activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects, office management, and special projects as assigned by senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive company data and personal information.
