You'll be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion while maintaining a professional and efficient office environment. As the right-hand partner to leadership, you'll navigate complex schedules, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, and prepare confidential documents with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate cross-departmental meetings
- Facilitate seamless communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Act as primary liaison for executive correspondence and information management
- Implement efficient filing systems and ensure data confidentiality compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of executive support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
