Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor the Executive Secretary and administrative support staff.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for key leadership members.
  • Draft and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external departments.
  • Oversee special projects and business initiatives to support company growth objectives.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for high-level meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
  • Proven track record of managing staff or overseeing administrative teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, high level of integrity, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
