Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively manage executive calendars, schedule high-stakes meetings, and coordinate complex domestic/international travel logistics
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential communications with discretion
- Prepare and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and reports requiring meticulous attention to detail
- Optimize executive workflows through digital filing systems, expense tracking, and documentation management
- Coordinate leadership initiatives including board meetings, offsites, and corporate events
- Conduct research and compile briefing materials for executive decision-making
- Provide backup administrative support to C-suite executives during peak periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience supporting C-level executives in corporate/tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven discretion handling confidential information in fast-paced settings
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
