In this critical support role, you will act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to senior leadership. Your primary goal is to optimize the executive's daily operations by managing complex scheduling, facilitating communication, and handling high-level administrative tasks with precision and confidentiality. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation of the executive office.
- Prepare, proofread, and format high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professional integrity.
- Support daily administrative workflows, including expense reporting, filing, and office management tasks.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless operational alignment and project completion.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and leadership off-sites.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of maturity, discretion, and professional judgment.
