Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives to ensure optimal time management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and comprehensive reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, routing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, team meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Manage confidential files and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
