Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors, escalating urgent matters immediately.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa processing, and hotel accommodations.
- Organize and manage personal commitments, family events, and lifestyle arrangements to ensure the CEO’s work-life balance.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information for executive decision-making and board meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, representing the CEO’s office professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives or high-profile individuals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
