- Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation
- Act as primary liaison for customer inquiries, resolving issues through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, take minutes, and track action items for leadership team
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years combined experience in executive assistance and customer support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Proven problem-solving skills with conflict resolution experience
